How do I return an item?

Return / exchange policy :

  • Stocked items (excluding cut wire) may be returned within 15 days with proof of purchase.
  • Items deemed defective may be exchanged for equivalent product within 15 days.
  • Beyond 15 days, a defective item is subject to manufacturer’s warranty policy and will be repaired or replaced.
  • Items must not have been altered in any way. (soldered to, wires cut…). All cut wire is final sale.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging.
  • Non-stock / special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • All other cases are at manager’s discretion.

*Components sold to and installed by the customer are done so at the customer’s own risk*

*B&E Electronics is not liable for any damage to the customer’s existing equipment caused by,
but not limited to any defects or incompatibility issues with any components purchased from B&E Electronics*
